IT SOX Associate Manager

What you’ll do: 

You will join the team of ​​IT Portfolio & Program Management​​ and in particular in the management ​​​IT SOX Management reporting directly to the ​IT SOX Manager.

You will have the opportunity to be involved ​in:
 

SOX Activities:

• Help to design, set up and execute a framework of IT General Controls (ITGC);
• Define, prioritize and coordinate Remediation Actions as needed; liaise with IT teams responsible to ensure all actions are effective and timely executed;
• Perform internally Test of Design & Test of Effectiveness;
• Report results to all the different stakeholder inside the company.

 
External Audit:

• Manage the relationship with the External Auditor;
• Help the IT to provide all the documentations requested by the External Auditor.

Internal Audit:

• Help the IT Owners in the Remediation Activities for Internal Audit Deficiencies.

What you’ll bring:

•  At least 4 years in IT Audit, preferrable with some SOX experience;
• Degree in Information Technology, Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent;
• Excellent knowledge of IT Audit, with specific SOX attitude as an extra;
• Strong analytical, logical, and negotiation skills;
• Precision, curiosity, and teamwork orientation;
• Proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
• Strong knowledge of the ICT world;
• Familiarity with Process Management, Project Management, and/or Analysis methodologies.
