The Global IT Solution Lead for supply chain will be responsible to support and lead the technical team, design new architecture implementation and guarantee the team is following the Mosaic business applications governance /compliance using an agile methodology for all SAP Supply chain modules such as TM, MM/IM, TSW and SD.
What will you do?
- Provide technical architecture guide for design implementation and coach all the analyst to follow the principles and technical best practices for Support and Projects.
- Working in a global environment should take care of global solutions and sync with all geographies to guarantee the scalability and stability of Mosaic global.
- Search for new technologies in the market following the Mosaic IT security and cybersecurity rules.
- Contact, Hire and Manage IT vendors to provide the services to Mosaic. Oversee the procurement & payment process to support the IT Vendor management area.
- Elaborate design and implementation plans.
- Beyond of managing projects from initiation through delivery ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. Work with internal/external clients to gather business requirements and coordinate project plans. Engage key stakeholders, define, and coordinate activities, communicate changes and progress, build commitment, overcome resistance and lead project teams.

What do you need for this role?
- 10+ years of experience in IT working with SAP knowledge
- 8+ years leadership experience and hands-on project experience in the design, development and delivery/hypercare for SAP Supply Chain solutions and Integrations
- For those candidates without an associate degree, 7+ years of experience is required.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP full implementation
- 15+ years of Large and Solid Experience in SAP cross functional design: TM – Transportation Management, Sales&Distribution, MM-Material Management , TSW -Trader Schedule Workbench
- Experience and strong skills in team management.
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Business Process knowledge of supply chain and logistic; Provide integrated design(E2E process)
- Ability to track and remove impediments
- Demonstrated problem solving techniques and strong analytical skills
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a collaborative team across the organization
- Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities
