Job Title: IT Solutions Lead, Oracle HCM Talent & Employee Experience
Department: Information Technology
Reports to: Oracle HCM Platform Manager
Position SummaryThe IT Solutions Lead for Oracle HCM Talent & Employee Experience is a lead solutions analyst and the organization’s functional expert for the Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities that shape the employee experience — from a candidate’s first interaction with the company through every stage of their journey as an employee. The role owns Recruiting, Onboarding and Journeys, Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Engagement modules and[MB1] tools. Reporting to the Oracle HCM Platform Manager, the role serves as a strategic liaison between Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Communications, Operations, and IT teams.
This role is expected to drive the adoption, optimization, and strategic evolution of our talent and employee experience processes and the Oracle HCM platform — identifying opportunities to modernize, personalize, and reimagine how candidates are attracted and hired, how new employees are welcomed, and how employees grow, learn, connect, and stay engaged, including through AI-enabled capabilities.
The successful candidate will combine expert, hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM functionality and configuration with business analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and data skills, and will understand how requisitions and candidate data, onboarding journeys, performance and goals, skills and career development, learning, and engagement tools connect with Core HR, security, integrations, and reporting across U.S. and international business units.
While the position resides within IT, success requires equal fluency in talent and HR operations and technology — the ability to translate business needs into scalable Oracle solutions that work for both office and field-based employees, and to challenge the status quo rather than simply maintain it.
