Key Responsibilities:
- Act as senior support for Tier 1 platforms (API Gateway, Automation, FTP/MFT, Web, Distribution), resolving complex incidents with RCA and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Perform deep troubleshooting (logs, configs, integrations), handle ERT outages, and drive permanent fixes and platform hardening.
- Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate diagnosis, log analysis, and reduce MTTR via faster root cause validation.
- Build AI-driven automation and self-healing workflows ; integrate AI into alerting, runbooks, and predictive operations.
- Collaborate globally with engineering and support teams , ensuring clear escalation, smooth handoffs, and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain documentation (SOPs, runbooks, KBs) and training to reduce escalations and expand operations ownership.
Requirement:
- Experience & Troubleshooting: 5+ years in Ops/DevOps; strong in resolving complex multi-layer issues (app to network).
- AI-Driven Engineering (Critical): Proficient with AI tools for troubleshooting, coding, documentation, and prompt engineering as the default workflow.
- Technical & Automation Skills: Strong scripting/programming, solid Linux admin, with API platforms, ITSM, and automation experience.
- Collaboration & Ecosystem: Good documentation and English skills; experienced with global teams and modern stack (CI/CD, cloud, containers, monitoring).
