Be part of the SAP OSB (Order-Shipping-Billing) Platform team. A team that is both business leaders and technical experts with people located in Brazil, Costa Rica, Germany, Philippines, Singapore, and United States of America.
Your manager will be the IT Software Engineering leader located in Costa Rica. This experienced leader co-located with you will help ensure you get a great onboarding and on-the-job learning experience as you work and thrive together with us in P&G.
Job Responsibilities

Design, Develop and enhance programs, reports, interfaces, and forms that interact with P&G ERP systems.

Conducting unit testing and assisting in system integration testing.

Identifying and resolving technical issues and bugs.
-
Collaborating with functional consultants and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
-
Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
-
Create and technical/function specification document, analysis, validation, and management of solution requirements.
-
Help the solution development governance from a technical & Product Team standpoint, quality assurance, and release management for the application to meet business, user, and partner’s needs.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends.
Job Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT / Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
-
Desirable 2 years of experience as SAP developer working with SAP ERP or S/4, including programming, debugging, and performance tuning.
-
English upper intermediate (B2) or higher
-
SAP ECC or S/4 Functional and/or Technical Skills and Experience.
-
Intermediate knowledge of SAP ABAP development (and debugging), building of SAP enhancements, custom reports, data dictionary objects, component views, and Function Modules.
-
Intermediate knowledge of IDOCS, RFCs, BAPIs, BADI, SAP workflow engine, Web Services, and other SAP Objects.
-
Experience with Project Lifecycle, Integration, and User Experience.
-
Excellent Analytical skills to translate data into impactful insights.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
It will be very beneficial, but not required, if you have:
-
Basic to intermediate understanding of SAP S4/HANA (including CDS views, ABAP RAP, oData, SAP Fiori etc.)
-
Experience with DevOps framework and tools such as Azure DevOps, Knime, PowerBI, JIRA, Panaya and/or WorkSoft Automation.
-
Experience with a diverse network of P&G OTC organizations all related to the Integration or SAP SD/OM E2E flow, as well as technical and functional & testing documentation experience with nomenclature and application terminology.

Knowledge in SAP SD/FI Modules is a plus.
-
Experience with integration platforms such as SAP PI/PO or SAP Cloud platform Integrator is an added qualification.
