Job Description
The Software Developer will be responsible for assisting in the development of a proprietary software for the use in a single-family real estate acquisitions system. This position will play a key role in defining and implementing our next generation software, which is key to our success.
- Develop new software packages and modules in a single-family real estate acquisitions system
- Develop new features including user interface enhancements, integration between applications and databases
- Utilize a variety of software methods to perform changes to the data
- Gather end user functional and nonfunctional requirements to develop software scope
- Contribute to team effort with related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of web languages: PHP and/or ASP.NET, HTML, Javascript, CSS
- Experience with MySQL, SQL Server
- Experience with Excel, Google Maps API, JQuery, Jaspersoft, Yardi
- Understanding of at least 2 design patterns
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2 years’ experience with developing and designing Software
- Self-motivated to get the job done and make recommendations to improve the code and process
- A good listener who takes detailed notes
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment

Salary Range
Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
$74,930.00 - $124,890.00
