Software Engineer – Developer Productivity

As part of our Agile development team, you’ll help shape the future of developer productivity across our global organization.
What You’ll Do- Design and build internal tools that enhance developer efficiency and experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, secure solutions.
- Support junior engineers through mentorship and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance.
- Optimize software for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for consistent, scalable environments.
- Create and maintain developer documentation and onboarding materials.
- Gather and analyze developer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion best practices and contribute to a culture of innovation.
- 3+ years of experience in cloud-centric software engineering.
- Proficiency in Java, Angular, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
- Familiarity with developer productivity tools and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of containerization and security best practices.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance development workflows.
- Work within an inner-source community to share and reuse code.
- Promote self-service and automation across development teams.
- Embrace everything-as-code for consistency and scalability.
- Explore advanced techniques to optimize developer workflows.
- Discover emerging tools and technologies that boost productivity.
- Learn best practices for developer engagement and experience.
