Onsite Support (OSS) handles all IT hardware devices on a site. The scope of work includes Maintaining, Analysing, Troubleshooting, Installing computer hardware, software, network, video conference rooms and also provide hands and feet support for global IT teams. OSS will support all IT services that require on site activities.
The most common roles of OSS in Normal Secure are mentioned below:
- Work on Incidents, Service Requests & Assist VIP Support with Problems, Onboarding, Off-Boarding Activities, Remote Support Coordination, Inventory Management;
- Installing and Moving IT & Telephony equipment on desks for users on site;
- Networking support such as Patching and Debugging;
- Respond to end-users for service now request\incidents and follow up with users via teams\mail;
- DELL repair support (warranty or out of warranty cases) including offer request & data migration Support (Life-Cycle, Failure);
- Printer support (Toner/Drum/Wastebin replacement) & repair support (call Canon and support Canon technician);
- Installing and decommissioning of hardware servers/network/video conference room equipment.
