As a member of the Infrastructure Services team, you provide technical support and operational excellence related to IT services.
How you will contribute
- The Infrastructure Services IT Operations Lead is accountable for all aspects of Information Technology Service Management within the countries cluster of Poland and the Baltics.
- You will identify the business needs for Information Technology Services and recommend IT programs and services. To accomplish this, you will engage the relevant Global/Regional Centres of Excellences for the delivery of services, while leading Transformation and building sustainable talents.
- Influence and guide business process owners in leveraging Information Systems innovation and adoption of new technology to maximise business value.
- You will work with technology teams at global, regional, and in-country levels to ensure that enterprise initiatives and supplier agreements are delivered to local markets cost effectively and with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- You will work with the Cyber Security (CISO) team and guide the business, to ensure a high level of IT infrastructure security is maintained, and vulnerabilities are addressed.
- To excel in this role, you will effectively oversee the vendors performing these services for Mondelēz International and work closely with the wider IT team to ensure seamless alignment and provide overall leadership for IT field services in your area who support IT infrastructure setups, namely networks, hosting, end-user computing, printing, fixed and mobile voice services. You will also work with vendors to ensure resource needs are being met.
- You will manage the country IT Infrastructure Services budget; Costs spending are tracked and monitored, meeting regional finance thresholds.
- You will monitor and communicate client satisfaction within your area and will be accountable for ensuring delivery of service quality improvements. You will monitor appropriate geographic KPIs/SLAs for IS services and solutions to the business and review periodically the services with business and Delivery groups

What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science/Business or equivalent required.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in similar roles and good understanding of IT/IS/environment/services/technology required. Experience within Manufacturing environment is beneficial.
- ITIL foundation certification required - current V4 preferred.
- Fluency in English, Polish languages written and spoken required.
- Self-starter who is able to operate independently/remotely with strong analytical capability.
- Proven experience in multinational environments working with multicultural teams will be a strong plus.
- Good knowledge and understanding of SAP and general Financial and Procurement processes.
- Experience on Service-Now platform will be a plus.
- Working knowledge of cyber security principles, practises and standards will be a plus
- IT Infrastructure technology, vendor relationship management and customer engagement experience and business acumen.
- Working effectively with internal and external teams, leading when necessary.
- Supplier relationship and contract management.
- Customer service and communicating effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Travel requirements: Ability to travel within role's countries scope, occasionally in Europe (M&A Projects, Regional Team Meetings)
