As the IT Senior Director Business Relationship Manager for the Aristocrat Interactive Business Unit and the EMEA Region, you will be central to crafting and performing our IT strategy. What You'll Do- Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps for the Aristocrat Interactive and EMEA regions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with executive business collaborators and IT leaders.
- Lead IT project governance processes, from ideation to elaboration, ensuring flawless execution.
- Coordinate IT projects and lead change management initiatives across the EMEA Region.
- Build and present high-impact executive-level presentations on project, portfolio, and roadmap statuses.
- Partner with business leadership to evaluate proposals and develop creative solutions amidst high complexity.
- Drive effective portfolio management, including regular operations reviews and steering committees.
- Lead initiatives as the EMEA Site Leader for IT, managing and growing the IT team.
