 This is a 100% on-site position located at our Concord, NH office. Due to the client-facing nature and operational responsibilities of this role, remote work or hybrid scheduling is not available.

What You’ll Do

As our IT Security Analyst, you will be the guardian of our on-premises, cloud, and mobile environments. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Threat Detection & Incident Response: Monitor SIEM platforms, endpoint tools, and network solutions. Hunt for threats proactively, investigate alerts, lead containment and remediation efforts, and perform post-incident analysis.
  • Endpoint & Mobile Defense: Administer EDR/XDR, antivirus, application control, and encryption. Secure corporate-owned mobile devices and remote access technologies through robust MDM/MAM platforms.
  • Network & Infrastructure Fortification: Maintain firewalls, VPNs, IDs/IPS, and secure web gateways. Drive zero-trust initiatives and network segmentation while monitoring traffic for anomalies.
  • Vulnerability & Risk Management: Run vulnerability assessments, track remediation workflows, conduct risk evaluations, and partner with stakeholders to close security gaps.
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM): Enforce the principle of least privilege. Support multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), and lead periodic access reviews and audits.
  • Compliance & Governance: Help draft and enforce security policies, align with regulatory frameworks, and steer internal/external security audits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Build insightful security dashboards and KPIs, pilot strategic security projects, and stay ahead of emerging cyber trends and adversary tactics.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience in information security, threat monitoring, vulnerability management, or incident response.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong familiarity with SIEM platforms, EDR/XDR solutions, network security controls (firewalls, VPNs), and IAM/MAM systems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail when analyzing security logs, network traffic, and alerts.
  • Collaboration & Communication: The ability to translate complex technical risks into clear, actionable insights for both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proactive Drive: A continuous-improvement mindset with a passion for threat hunting and staying ahead of the security curve.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Demonstrated experience can be substituted for educational requirements.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in information security, cybersecurity operations, systems administration, network administration, or a related IT discipline.
  • Experience supporting enterprise security technologies in both on-premises and mobile computing environments.
  • Experience with security incident investigation and remediation.
  • Experience managing endpoint and mobile device security solutions.

Skills Required
