IT - SD Support Specialist

• ISO knowledge is a mandatory requirement (must pass the Audit within a few months of hire)

• Provide stakeholders with day-to-day IT support services in the Asia region remotely (Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia etc).

• Be responsible for endpoint devices and IT infrastructure in Indonesia office.

• Monitoring queues and routing tickets.

• Provide users with software, hardware, and other types of IT support; Troubleshoot IT issues when necessary.

• Maintain and provide support on server and network equipment (in the office).

• Carry out License, Inventory and Device Management.

• Be responsible for Incident and Problem Management.

• Work with cross teams to assist in improving system healthiness, quality and stability.

• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to achieve operational excellence.

• Conduct root-cause analysis; initiate or enhance IT policies to improve IT service and security.

• Work on relevant documentation including troubleshooting manuals and escalation procedures.

• Takeover support of new systems and procedures.

• At least 3 years of experience as an IT support specialist.

• Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, server, and network infrastructure (Win and MacOS).

• Ability to evaluate and solve complex problems and issues.

• Documentation skills.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft AD, Azure AD, and Office 365.

• Experience with MT4 or MT5 trading platforms is a plus.

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, etc support is beneficial.

• Strong communication skills; Good in written and verbal English and Indonesian.
