The IT organization of ASML supports information management, infrastructure and key business processes across ASML. Part of the IT organization is the IT Ops Asia team who supports mission-critical applications such as SAP

Role and responsibilitiesIT SAP business process consultant is responsible to support primarily Customer Support & Supply chain sector and Sales Operation Sector to achieve business operation excellence within global processes by providing a support for urgent operational issues, providing a integrated consultation for improvement, supporting a global and regional initiatives for innovation & growth
General
- Acts as a first IT contact for Business key players and Business process owners in the ASML Korea & Asia organization
- As a consultant, assess a change and define/refine business processes and related information systems (e.g. SAP, Front-end solution) to continuously increase business efficiency and effectiveness and ensure business teams are properly aligned with the company’s direction
- Play a role in IT development & implementation projects (e.g. SAP S/4 Hana), by validating requirements, performing System integration test, supporting User acceptance test, performing change management during project aftercare period, providing training when new key-user is onboard
- Play a linking-pin role between ASML business organization, ASML IT HQ organization and outsourcing partners (e.g. Tata consulting service team)
Specific
- Provide consultation and clarification on SAP Supply chain processes
- Provide consultation and clarification on SAP Sales processes
- Provide feedbacks on UI/UX for front-end solutions interfacing with SAP
- Co-work with Tata consulting team for incident, changes, root cause analysis, etc.
- Support validating SAP roles for local business requirements
- Support Asia key user group to maintain proper level of self-sufficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- 5 years and above Experience in supporting SAP Sales operation and Supply chain operation is must
- SAP SD & MM module Consultant certification is must
- Experience in supporting SAP S/4 HANA is big plus
- Experience in supporting Business applications interfacing with SAP is plus
- Experience in supporting SAP CPQ is plus
- Experience in supporting SAP authorizations is plus
- Experience in supporting SAP Analytics Cloud is plus
- Experience in supporting SAP query/LSMW is plus
- Listening and communication skill
- Strong report writing ability
- Good researching ability for business processes and needs
- Interpreting ability for complex data and business requirement
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Good team worker for synergy effect in the teams
- Fluent English speaking and writing skill
