As a Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead on the Salesforce CoE team, you will have the opportunity to work with several cross-functional business teams to deliver high value applications on the Salesforce platform. We are looking for team-oriented professionals that can bring their experience and ideas to ensure we deliver high quality applications without negatively impacting existing applications.

Position offers a starting salary range of $104,000.00- $133,000.00 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
- Lead the QA team in developing and executing test plans for Salesforce implementations and integrations.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure the highest quality of Salesforce solutions.
- Analyze test results, document defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Develop and implement QA best practices, processes, and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and train junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices to ensure the QA team is well-informed and prepared.
Knowledge You Should Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 -7 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role, with a focus on Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
