IT SALES SUPPORT - JD
The IT Sales Support provides administrative,
customer service, and operational support to the sales team. The role ensures
efficient handling of customer enquiries, coordination of orders and service
delivery, maintenance of records, and smooth front office operations while
supporting overall sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond to and route customer enquiries related
to IT products and services (walk-in, phone, email)
· Support the Sales Team with IT solution quotations,
sourcing from suppliers, distributors, and OEMs
· Assist in preparing proposals for IT hardware,
software, networking, and related services
· Coordinate with Service Delivery to ensure
timely implementation and delivery of IT solutions
· Maintain accurate records of IT quotes,
invoices, purchase orders, and customer interactions
· Submit daily reports on sales support
activities, including IT-related tasks and progress
· Follow up on customer payments in coordination
with Finance
· Manage front desk operations and maintain a
professional company image
· Oversee office supplies and coordinate
refreshments for meetings
· Monitor company social media platforms and
report inconsistencies
· Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties
as required

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in
Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Basic understanding of IT
products (hardware, software, networking, cloud solutions)
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and
multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and
problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of enterprise IT
solutions
- 2-3 years’ experience in IT
products sales
