As an IT Sales Engineer at Corporativo Lumston, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with our current and potential clients. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction, promote our services and contribute to the growth and retention of key accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage trusted customer relationships and strategic partnerships
- Identify target accounts and customers within the accounts based on their business needs and personas
- Qualify and drive sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- Monitor and manage client expectations and perception pre and post product delivery
- Create strategic account plans, forecasts, and execution strategies
- Act as a bridge between delivery and sales
- Manage existing accounts and assist with statement of work creation modification and submission
- Assist with account profitability and invoicing
- Responsible for revenue forecasting accuracy.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering role or related technical sales experience.
- Experience in managing web projects, ideally in an agency or web development company.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, including related technologies and processes.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Proficient in creating technical documentation, presentations, and proposals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
