Job Description
- Join our team as Future-Makers, Solution Innovators and Customer Whisperers and support us as a Rollout IT and process expert.
- Within our agile Teams we have two focal points Procure-to-Order and Invoice-to-Pay, this position will focus on Invoice-to-pay processes.
- In this role you will be responsible for aligning and ensuring the IT strategy as part of the SAP S/4 HANA transformation for all required tools. (Cloud products).
- You will take on process and IT consulting regarding our purchasing / accounting and invoice processes.
- Your tasks include the planning and coordination of system setup, tests, training and migration including knowledge transfer to support organizations and operations.
- Drive continuous improvement activities for related projects, processes and IT systems incorporating lessons learned.
Qualifications
- Education: completed university studies in computer science, business sciences or a comparable subject.
- Personality: passion to learn and work on new things, structured and methodical approach, excellent service mindset and engaging collaboration, strong communication and organizational skills as well as ability to document and share knowledge
- Working Practice: Independent identification of impediments and working on resolution, self-organized and self-driven, creative and effective, flexible, excellent problem-solving capacity, working in international teams
- Experience and Knowledge: IT, procurement, accounting background or experience with the Invoice-to-Pay process, ERP / SAP knowledge is a plus, experience in IT- or change projects, knowledge of project management and agile working skills
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English
