IT Risk Specialist

We're looking for a Junior IT Risk Specialist, who must be based in Porto. This professional will be part of a team ensuring the Third Party IT Risk Management (TPTRM) deployment including Cloud solutions

Job main activities:

• Coordinating Cloud solutions’ assessment related deliverables

• Reporting the progress of Cloud documentation to the Cloud leaders

• Middle office for TPTRM team: Update and maintain a high level of data quality in the Group Tool regarding IT Third Parties

• Perform duties related to the administration and follow-up of processes of COE ICT Risks team on all IT Risk related topics including but not limited to:

- Key Risk Indicators

- Obsolescence

- Shadow/Light IT 

- Permanent Controls

- IT Risk Quality

- Risks related to third party suppliers (TPTRM) and Cloud solutions

- Recommendations follow-up

- Historical Incidents

Mandatory skills requested for this position:

• Essential:
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT Risk or Cyber Security area (general IT knowledge is sufficient, this job does not require high technical expertise).
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • ServiceNow GRC IT module user experience.
  • ISO 27001/5 knowledge is highly valuable.
  • Basic cloud solutions knowledge would be highly appreciated.
  • Very good Expertise in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
