• Participate in all stages of recruitment, including searching for specialists, conducting interviews, and organizing all subsequent steps.
• Manage contact databases and analyze CVs.
• Engage in both remote (email, various messengers) and face-to-face communications with colleagues during meetings.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processing for candidates based in India.
• Utilize various channels to attract candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews with candidates.

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting for technical vacancies.
• Experience in the IT industry.
• Proficiency with recruiting channels and tools.
• Experience with sourcing tools.
• Ability to multitask and process large amounts of information.
