As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our HR & Talent Acquisition team in Pune.

As an IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top technology talent to join our dynamic team. You’ll be part of a collaborative hiring environment where your ideas are valued, your growth is encouraged, and your contribution directly impacts our success.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding role requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
  

• Partner with hiring managers and delivery teams to align on technical skill needs and project priorities.
  

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical rounds to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  

• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support recruitment drives or campus hiring programs.
  

• Ensure a positive and transparent hiring experience for every candidate.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
  

• 0–2 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment.
  

• Basic understanding of IT technologies, roles, and current hiring trends.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and teamwork.
  

• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
