Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless interview process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring reports.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.
- Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, recruitment tools, and sourcing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer
- Applications, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Availability to work between 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (IST).
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Availability to work between 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (IST) and work from office in Nagpur.
