As an IT Recruiter & HR, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, as well as handling HR activities. Responsibilities:

- Handle HR activities such as employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.

- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or HR professional.
- Strong knowledge of IT industry and technical skills.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' skills and qualifications effectively.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using recruitment and HR software/tools.
