- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with global PMOs and other teams to support adherence to Project Management standards.
- Assist in analyzing scorecards and project management data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Support the facilitation and organization of global meetings by preparing materials, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Help prepare and provide evidence of compliance for internal reviews and audits.
- Produce detailed documentation based on conclusions drawn from governance oversight activities.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency.
- Formally document new and existing processes to ensure alignment with enterprise expectations.
- Learn and apply risk assessment principles in all business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Demand/Intake Governance: Data quality governance of elements impacting Investment Request during demand/intake process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and clearly document desired project outcomes and success metrics.
- Support Project Managers in the process of linking approved Investment Requests to formal Work Efforts (WEs), a critical step in moving projects to a "committed" and funded state.
- Guidance on Investment Request processes and ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
- 8 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with an ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and presentation skills.

- Bachelor’s/University degree is required.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodology experience is a plus.
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification is preferred but not required. PMP is not expected for this level.
