An individual contributor with a strong focus on governance compliance, process analysis, and improvement within ORG PMO. This individual provides governance and governance, and analyzes data independently, providing insights and recommendations based on findings, and ensures adherence to CPMC processes/requirements/guidelines and Org PMO standards/charter.
Responsibilities:
•Leverages data mining, statistical, Excel, and Tableau skills to analyze CPMC and internal Org PMO reports, providing actionable insights into book of work health and risk. Proactively identifies high-risk work efforts, aiming to resolve them before escalation thresholds, and quantifies their potential impact on LOBs.
•Uses effective communication skills to interact and develop relationships with Org PMO team, FPMO partners to resolve issues/queries, exceptions and data quality due diligence items, and to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders during participation or collaboration with LOB leads in thematic reviews, AMA sessions, and Org PMO trainings.
•Provides advisory and governance as per CPMC processes/requirements/guidelines and Org PMO standards/charter, resolving internal and external risk issues, aligning with Org governance and governance, and applying judgment to escalate when process requirements cannot be met per CPMC guidelines.
•Learns and familiarizes with Citi PM Taxonomy addendum, PTS, investments at Citi, and PPMM to support LOB leads in contributing to process improvement and team development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within Org PMO. Actively uses knowledge of Lean principles and Citi AI toolkit to continuously improve and optimize processes providing actionable accurate insights/advice, contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of the Org PMO.
•Participates in minimum two (2) releases of PTS (Project tracking system)UAT cycle.
•Thrives to maintain Org PMO scores to green (90% and above) each quarter in the Org PMO scorecard.
•Ensures funded investments are translated into well-governed Work Efforts (WE),
•Manages assigned ad-hoc projects and stretch assignments independently with minimal lead or manager guidance ensuring on-time high-quality results. Takes ownership of achieving milestones and outcomes on stretch assignments within the Org PMO.
•Leads a small or mid-sized LOB and provides analytical support or specific project contributions across various LOBs, operating with limited guidance from VP and senior leaders. Serves as backup for designated LOB leads.
•Contributes data-driven insights and preliminary recommendations to higher-level strategic discussions, informing decision-making within the Org PMO.
•Able to lead a PMO checkpoint call.
•Reviews metrics (various scorecard, risk appetite matrix) used to track implementation and deployment progress, enhancing Org PMO efficiency.
•Presents recommendations to enhance PMO activities and hosts checkpoint calls as needed.
•Completes all assigned training in a timely manner.
•Ensures Technology PM Knowledge Center is updated with accurate LOB contacts information and reviews monthly.
Recommended Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
