Are you passionate about managing technology-driven projects and products that create significant business impact? Procter & Gamble is seeking interns interested in project and product management within the IT domain. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions.
As a Project & Product Manager intern, you will engage in various activities, from defining technical product roadmaps and managing project timelines to managing product backlogs and agile sprints. Regardless of the specific role, you will leverage project and/or product management principles to drive successful outcomes in a technology-focused environment.
Example Responsibilities by Role Type:
Digital Product Manager/Owner: Lead digital product strategy, vision, and roadmap development in partnership with IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, customer needs, and technical requirements. Gather and analyze user feedback, market insights, and performance data to enhance digital products and user experiences. Translate business and customer needs into user stories, personas, user journeys, and workflows that support effective product delivery. Define product priorities, guide cross-functional teams, and manage the product backlog to balance business objectives with engineering capacity. Use data-driven insights and experimentation to validate concepts, optimize performance, and inform product decisions.
Project/Program Manager: Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, and ensuring successful delivery using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Define project scope, budgets, and resource requirements while monitoring costs and providing regular status updates to stakeholders and project leadership. Coordinate vendor and supplier activities, manage deliverables, and apply industry best practices to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.

Job Qualifications
You must be available during the summer of 2027 for a 12 week internship from mid/late May through early August.
In the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or like degree.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) as applied in IT projects.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana)
Experience in data analysis or reporting to track project performance.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical team members.
