The Role:
Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking an IT Project Managment Office Intern to join our team for the Summer 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 12-14 weeks in duration.

The intern opportunity at Entegris within the Portfolio & Project Management team is unique and exciting for anyone wishing to become a skilled project manager. The Portfolio and Project Management intern will focus on supporting defined, key areas to assist our Portfolio and Project Management Office (PMO).
What You’ll Do:
• Create, review and refine existing PMO process documentation to be used in training and project methodology execution
• Enhance our current PPM tools by partnering with PMO staff to assist in requirement documentation
• Test and implement changes within our core PPM tools
• Aid in the identification of key gaps and pain points in the existing PPM toolkit, in partnership with PMO staff
• Support PPM Projects and initiatives
• Assist Project Managers in resource planning by using the Resource Capacity Planning tools built on the Power Platform
• Attend Project Manager team meetings, Portfolio meetings and assist in taking notes and deck creation for these activities
What We Seek:
• An Intern that has a desire in obtaining expertise in the field of project management within Information Technology
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

• Proficiency in MS Office tools

• Proficiency in MS Applications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team

• Ability and willingness to learn new skills and bring new ideas to the table

• Awareness of PMI(project management institute) and PMBOK (project management body of knowledge)

• General understanding of project management methodologies- Agile, Waterfall

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business information systems (IS), computer science. project management or related field

Eligibility:

• Must be a currently enrolled student

• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May or June through mid-August or September

• Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in an internship program

Compensation: $19-30 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
