You will contribute to high-impact digital initiatives within the Consumer & Card domain, such as mobile app modernization, Salesforce-based marketing automation, international card acceptance expansion, and digital fleet/payment solutions.
We are looking for a senior, delivery-focused Project/Program Manager who can take ownership of complex, cross-country initiatives, confidently navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and drive structured, end-to-end delivery with high autonomy.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of complex, cross-country digital projects (business case → delivery)
- Lead multi-stream initiatives across business, IT, and external vendors
- Ensure structured delivery in stage-gate (IPP/SG) environment
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, budget, and resource planningDrive execution in hybrid (agile + traditional) setup
- Support key initiatives (e.g. mobile apps, Salesforce integrations, payments, fleet solutions)
Requirements:
- 8+ years IT Project/Program Management experience
- Proven track record in complex, multi-stream project delivery
- Experience with structured governance (stage-gate / funding processes)
- Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills
- Budgeting and resource planning experience
- Ability to work independently
