You will act as the primary advisor for ensuring successful intralogistics software projects.We offer:

Key Functions and Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the planning and execution of intralogistics software (Warehouse Management Systems, Forklift Guiding Systems, Warehouse Control Systems, Semi-automated VNA, control software for automated guided vehicles) projects.
- Perform realization workshops for creating/proofing the requirements analysis and ensuring the seamless integration of intralogistics software into the customer's system landscape, including the definition and validation of all necessary interfaces (e.g., between WMS, WCS, and automation/robot control systems).
- Capture and specify requirements: Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for WMS, WCS and automation systems.
- This role involves creating all necessary project documentation and collaborating closely with internal and external project management partners to drive the successful technical, timely, and financial implementation of projects.
- You are responsible for tests (FAT & SAT), commissioning and Go-Live/Ramp-Up phases for software projects until we get the final acceptance signed.
- Analysis and optimization of logistics processes, warehouse layouts, IT processes and warehouse technology.
- Performing project coordination, reporting, and creating of profitability analysis.
- If required, you support the sales process and the workshop with your detailed product and process knowledge.
- Advise and train the network (main focus of intralogistics/automation software project management) as well as create structures for its integration into the automation business unit.
Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Team player attitude with a high degree of initiative and a goal-oriented, analytical way of working.
- Commitment and passion for implementing intralogistics projects and the development of concepts in the intralogistics software environment.
- Professional experience in project management in logistics/intralogistics, ideally with a connection to intralogistics software.
- Good technical understanding of material flow, intralogistics and how warehouse management systems work.
- Ability to structure yourself and your tasks very well and always work reliably.
- You have the talent to understand, apply and explain complex issues. You have the certain communication skills.
- Experience in operational logistics and in the logistics environment and are highly motivated to design and enjoy analyzing and improving processes and to transfer them to our customers in perfect working order
- Experience in IT and/or software with warehouse management systems and / or intralogistics systems.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
