We are seeking a highly driven IT Project Manager to support execution, governance, and delivery tracking across a portfolio of global IT transformation initiatives. This role operates as a hands-on execution lead responsible for ensuring that projects are effectively tracked, risks are proactively managed, and delivery outcomes are achieved. The role leverages Jira as the system of record for work management, KPI tracking, and portfolio visibility.
How you’ll make an impact:
1. Project Execution & Delivery Ownership
- Own day-to-day tracking and execution across multiple IT initiatives
- Drive adherence to timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure projects progress from plan to execution to completion with minimal oversight
2. Jira-Based Governance & Transparency
- Maintain structured tracking of all work in Jira
- Ensure epics, stories, dependencies, and milestones are consistently updated
- Drive adoption of standardized Jira practices across teams
3. Risk, Issue & Bottleneck Management
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early
- Escalate and drive resolution across stakeholders
4. Portfolio Reporting & Insights
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and status reports
- Provide clear, data-driven updates to leadership
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate across IT, business, and vendor teams globally
- Facilitate governance meetings and checkpoints
6. Strategic Program Support
- Support Celonis process mining initiatives

What you’ll need (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years of IT project management experience
- Strong experience with Jira for Agile tracking and reporting
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
