Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing end-to-end IT infrastructure and cloud projects. You should have excellent project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills, along with the ability to lead globally distributed teams and ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. A solid technical understanding of cloud migrations, DevOps, application development, and infrastructure implementations is essential.

IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering technology projects for clients within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior management to ensure successful project outcomes and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities 

Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and consulting engagements.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and project closures.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.

Team Leadership

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and consultants.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints.
• Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Escalate critical issues and risks to senior management when required.

Financial Management

• Track project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
• Manage project profitability and billing milestones.
• Support contract management, change requests, and scope control processes.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.
• Monitor project deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Conduct lessons-learned sessions and drive process improvements.
  

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Maintain project documentation, including scope documents, schedules, RAID logs, and change requests.
• Ensure accurate project records and audit readiness.

Candidate Profile: Requirements & Preferred Qualifications 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of IT project management experience, including managing digital transformation teams in an agile and waterfall environment in IT services, software development, or consulting environments.
  
• Working knowledge using JIRA or similar tools
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with enterprise clients and external stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• PRINCE2
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
