Role Overview

The Project Manager will provide integrated project delivery leadership for a large-scale modernization program, focused on enhancements beyond initial product rollout. This role involves coordinating multiple workstreams, aligning internal and external teams, and ensuring delivery meets defined scope, timelines, and governance standards.

You will act as the central point of coordination—managing schedules, dependencies, risks, and communication—while navigating complex and evolving environments. Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences are essential.


Key Responsibilities

Integrated Delivery Planning

  • Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, including tasks, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Ensure plans support agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches
  • Track daily progress and continuously adjust plans as needed

Execution and Coordination

  • Coordinate delivery activities across internal teams and third-party vendors
  • Track milestones and vendor deliverables
  • Support system integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities

Status Reporting and Governance

  • Prepare weekly and ad hoc status reports covering progress, risks, and issues
  • Present updates and recommendations to stakeholders and governance forums

Risk and Issue Management

  • Identify, assess, and manage delivery risks and issues
  • Escalate high-impact risks with mitigation strategies

Transition and Knowledge Transfer

  • Support transition planning and handover to operations teams
  • Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

  • 8+ years managing complex IT or digital delivery projects
  • Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
  • Experience managing blended teams (internal + vendors)
  • Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and multiple workstreams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred / Asset Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O)
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Experience in large, highly governed enterprise environments
