Position Overview:
This role supports the expansion of an enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool by leading the definition, delivery, and adoption of portfolio, program, and agile management processes. The position is responsible for guiding proof-of-concepts through enterprise rollout and enabling decentralized PMOs to successfully replicate and sustain these processes.
Duties:
Leverage expertise in PPM business processes to configure and develop portfolio, program, and agile management modules within the enterprise PPM tool.
Collaborate with the PPM tool development team throughout the SDLC, from requirements definition through testing and validation.
Lead and support proof-of-concepts, pilots, and enterprise rollouts of new PPM modules and capabilities.
Support decentralized PMOs in replicating and adopting standardized PPM processes across the enterprise.
Develop and deliver role-based training materials, including job aids and tips and tricks, to maximize effective use of the PPM tool.
Contribute to ongoing governance activities by supporting committees that assess, approve, and prioritize PPM tool enhancements and capabilities.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.
10+ years of experience in IT project management supporting large or complex initiatives.
3+ years of experience in program, portfolio, and/or agile project management environments.
Demonstrated experience with software testing, end-user training, and development of user guides and documentation.
High proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, and the Microsoft Office suite.
PMP, PgMP, PfMP, Scrum, SAFe, or ITIL certification.
Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
Experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
