What you will be doing:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Experience in IT project management is a big plus.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage new and existing Web and Mobile development projects;
- Ensure that the entire life of a product from the beginning of the ideation sessions to the end - going Live;
- Organize and run daily Scrum meetings with teams who are working on different projects;
- Support project team (UX/UI designer, developers, etc.) members with tasks you assign them;
- Assist in efficiently managing the project development process, priorities, and deliverables;
- Communicate baseline schedule and important milestones to each stakeholder, set expectations as to their responsibilities, and provide reminders as appropriate to ensure project progress per the baseline schedule;
- Identify risks and share responsibilities with stakeholders;
- Providing reports and documentation on the project stage and progress to project stakeholders and the internal management team.
- Coaching & leading junior colleagues, by either working together on a project by sharing responsibilities or by providing 1on1 sessions.
Who we are looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Junior Project Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Project Coordinator, or Account Manager;
- Passion for user-centered design and the ability to translate customer needs into innovative product solutions;
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership;
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum, Kanban)- would be a plus;
- Experience with Jira, Asana, Trello, or other similar tools;
- Experience with mobile or web development processes;
- Able to engage with teams and stakeholders, building relationships to set and develop the product vision over time;
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact with people from all areas of the business;
- Great English language skills;
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience;
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management;
