We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex technology projects across multiple sites. This role will focus on delivering critical IT initiatives for an initial 12 month period, starting early 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop detailed project plans for IT
· Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
· Identify and manage risks, issues, and change processes effectively.
· Serve as the single point of accountability for IT deliverables related to assigned projects
· Ensure alignment with global IT architecture standards and cybersecurity requirements.
· Oversee vendor deliverables and project budgets.
· Provide clear communication and status reporting to stakeholders.
· Contribute to improving the IT project delivery model
What We’re Looking For:
· 5-8+ years of IT project management experience in complex, multi-site environments.
· Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and ERP systems (SAP preferred) including modules supporting production, logistics, and warehouse operations.
· Strong understanding of project planning, RAID management, testing cycles, and cut-over planning.
· Ability to coordinate technical activities across infrastructure, application, data, security, and operations teams.
· Experience with data migration, interface mapping, and system validation processes.
· Strong problem-solving, risk assessment, and decision-making capabilities.
· Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
· Flexibility for travel – regional travel is required within this role
