We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Projects & Programs team. You’ll be responsible for leading and delivering cross-functional IT projects that enhance and scale our enterprise applications.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, process, and people. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Infrastructure teams, translating business needs into technical tasks and ensuring our internal systems are secure, efficient, and well-integrated.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple IT and system integration projects simultaneously, from planning to rollout.
Collaborate with Python developers and technical teams to define, prioritize, and track tasks.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical workstreams and documentation.
Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, and dashboards to manage progress and visibility.
Apply Agile (Scrum/Kanban) practices to drive sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement.
Partner with stakeholders to optimize enterprise tools (e.g., HRIS, travel, expense, and finance platforms).
Ensure secure system configurations and alignment with audit and compliance standards.
Coordinate system cleanups, workflow automation, and process improvements across tools.
Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams to align priorities and outcomes.
Manage stakeholder expectations, balancing strategic needs with technical feasibility.
Requirements
Proven experience managing IT or enterprise application projects.
Strong Jira expertise (setup, workflows, reporting).
Solid understanding of Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban).
Familiarity with HR, finance, or travel systems (e.g., Workday, Navan, Expensify) is a plus.
Experience collaborating with software developers (Python knowledge a plus).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable making informed trade-offs and prioritizing effectively.
Awareness of data privacy, audit, and security standards.
Proactive problem-solver with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
