- SLA tracking and compliance
- Handle escalations and documentation reviews
Qualifications & Certifications
- PMP®
- ITIL® v4 Foundation,
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

- 12+ years in IT service delivery, 5+ years leading identity and access management projects for public sector clients
