We are looking for our next IT Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related;
- Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are highly desirable;
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role;
- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and information systems;
- Experience with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana;
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation;
- Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives;
- Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies;
- Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban;
- Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely;
- Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members;
- Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to make informed decisions quickly and efficiently;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness;
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with the latest project management trends and best practices;
- Fluent in English.
