IT Project Manager

Position Title: IT Project Manager

Location:  Regina, SK

Overview:

Charter is currently seeking two (2) experienced IT Project Manager(s) to join our team starting May 2025. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of PM experience planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion using Agile methodology. Previous project management experience in technical domains, i.e., Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Custom developed web application is a strong asset. Industry certification required: PMP or PRINCE 2. Location: Regina, SK. Term: 12 months. Strong possibility of extension.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion in Agile methodology.
• Experience managing projects in technical domains, i.e., Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Custom developed web application (user centered design).
• Experience developing and providing project governance.
• Experience managing project scope, risk, cost, schedule and resources.  
• Experience ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and other regulatory requirements
• Expereince in procurement and vendor management.
• Experience managing quality activities: quality planning, test coordination and defect tracking.
• Education: PMP or PRINCE2 certification. (Mandatory)
• Experience with Agile project delivery, Microsoft DevOps.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
