The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a motivated and
experienced IT Project Manager to join the Governance & Enablement team
within National Integration Services (NIS). This group is part of the
Information Technology Services (ITS) department and operates in partnership with National IT (NIT)
and other stakeholders across the Federal Reserve System. The vision of NIS is to be the trusted strategic partner that accelerates breakthroughs across the System.
The IT Project Manager role is part of the Enablement team within the Governance and Enablement group. The primary responsibilities for this role will include coordinating and successfully managing several workstreams that support the organizations scalability, maturity, and process optimization efforts. Some of these responsibilities include, but are not limited to, employee engagement, training, onboarding, communications, cloud operations, vendor/software management, financial/budget analysis, and documentation.
As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate confidence backed by experience in leading IT complex IT initiatives in collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups. This role will also require excellent oral and written communication skills in order to create a clear vision for the team, communicate progress to leadership, and work effectively across stakeholders to influence positive outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or other relevant area
- 5+ years of IT work experience, with at least 2 years utilizing project management software
- General knowledge/experience with cloud service providers
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and data visualization tools to design compelling visualizations in the form of dashboard and reports.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Ability to influence successfully in a highly matrixed or virtual organization
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Excellent prioritization skills with flexibility and adaptability to respond to shifting business needs
- Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or a green carder holder with intent to become a U.S. citizen.
Base Salary Range for IT Project Manager: Mini: 113,600; Mid: 147,600; Max: 181,600(Location: San Francisco)
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
