As part of Dennemeyer Software Solutions, you will join our team as an IT Project Manager to implement and handle our customer projects in the area of our IP management solution (DIAMSiQ).

Your tasks
- Process queue of implementation projects throughout the entire software installation life cycle
- Analyze, capture and document the client needs
- Present our software to potential customers and provide advice on best practices
- Evaluate and analyze customer software needs in order to successfully implement the product in close collaboration with the implementation and development teams
- Support existing customers in close collaboration with the Helpdesk team
- Create custom scripts using our self-developed scripting language
- Meet deadlines; configure the software
- Supervise independently the worldwide software implementation projects including rollout planning for our IP management solution
- Act as an internal and external representative for the project and be a contact person for our customers, sales, and teams in the environment of our IP management solution
- Coordinate the integration of all relevant interfaces into the project and operate regular information management over the entire course of the project
- Optimize our project management, be responsible for the process development and design, as well as the successful implementation of the project
Your profile
- Ability to work both autonomously and with a team
- Comfortable working with international colleagues and clients in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or a related field or a technical/commercial apprenticeship will be a plus
- Relevant professional experience as a project and service manager (sector knowledge not required)
- Well-founded methodological knowledge and experience in the use of project and process management tools
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills: ability to multitask
- Basic technical knowledge of SQL and scripting – knowledge of C# and Visual Studio is desirable
- Organizational talent with a strong sense of service delivery and responsibility
- Excellent communication skills with a service oriented working attitude
- Self-organized and a creative team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Willingness to take on responsibility and ownership and ability to set and manage priorities
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
