Job Summary
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of technology projects. Your role is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. This position relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Location: Must be able to work out of the Grand Rapids, MI Corporate office
Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.

Define and document cost/benefit analysis as it pertains to the strategy, initiatives, and project.

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Build, develop, and nurture any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Qualifications

Proficient with project management software.

Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

Experience in working on projects that include cross-functional departments within I.T.

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Communication – possesses exceptional writing and verbal presentation skills enabling her/him to prepare and present information and recommendations to a broad and diverse audience

Proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing and speaking

Ability to learn new computer software applications quickly
