We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects that support strategic business objectives. In this role, you will partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple IT projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability for project outcomes.
- Monitor project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and budget performance.
- Communicate project progress and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reporting.
- Facilitate project governance, risk mitigation, and change management processes.
- Lead project retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Influence and guide project teams without direct supervisory authority.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of project management, business management, or related experience.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and business processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
- PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or other project management certifications preferred.
- Projects delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Strong stakeholder relationships and proactive communication.
- Effective management of risks, priorities, and competing demands.
- Continuous improvement of project delivery processes and outcomes.
