We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of complex technology and business transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project sponsors to drive successful outcomes while managing scope, risks, governance, and project performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead IT projects from initiation through closure
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, governance, and resource plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations
- Manage client relationships, stakeholder communication, and project reporting
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Track project KPIs, milestones, financial performance, and resource utilisation
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, planning workshops, steering committees, and project meetings
- Ensure successful project delivery, quality standards, and compliance with governance frameworks
- Support project planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare management reports and executive presentations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management or Delivery Management
- Proven experience delivering complex technology and business transformation projects
- Strong experience managing project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and resources
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow PPM, or Smartsheet
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Good understanding of PMBOK project management practices
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience delivering Banking & Payments projects (Core Banking, Digital Channels, Payments, or Regulatory Programmes)
- Experience with Application Development or Cloud Migration projects
- Experience delivering Data & Analytics initiatives
- Experience managing Cybersecurity programmes
- Experience with PMO, Governance, or Portfolio Management
- Experience delivering ERP or CRM implementations
- Experience with Process Automation or Operating Model Transformation projects
- Experience with Public Sector digital transformation and IT modernisation projects
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PM², or equivalent certification
- Can successfully lead complex projects from initiation to delivery
