As an IT Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving Greenvolt's digital transformation by connecting business needs with technology solutions. You will be responsible for supporting the definition, design, and implementation of IT initiatives, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business objectives and deliver tangible value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT transformation, functional analysis, and solution design.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
- Experience working across multiple systems, applications, and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating projects, initiatives, or workstreams involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience supporting and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation activities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Experience contributing to digital transformation, process optimization, or system implementation projects.
- Exposure to enterprise solutions such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, or similar business applications.
