IT Project Manager (onsite)

Position Title: IT Project Manager (onsite)

Location: Regina, SK

Overview:

Charter is currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team (onsite) starting April 2026. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of PM experience managing large scale Information Technology projects. Previous experience delivering on Project Planning and execution, work breakdown structures, project schedules, risk register, status reports & dashboards, and project closure report / lessons learned, is required.  Active industry certification PMP is required. Location: onsite - Regina, SK. Term: 14 months.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large scale Operational Technology projects.
• Experience in project planning and execution, Work breakdown structures, project schedules, risk register, status reports & dashboards, and project closure report / lessons learned.
• Experience providing regular stakeholder communication and reporting including progress reports, risk assessments, and change tracking.
• Education: PMP certification. (Mandatory)
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
