Job Summary
The IT Project Manager IV is responsible for overseeing multiple strategic projects simultaneously while managing project scope, project planning, proper scheduling, resource tracking and budgeting. Duties additionally include risk & issue tracking, appropriate communication, escalation, and status reporting, with the goal of on-time delivery. In this role, you will use your wide range of experience and knowledge around industry best practices to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. You will partner with the Change Management Organization and Communication leads to ensure that impacts to people, process and technology are known and there is an organizational change plan to address.
** Experience with mergers and acquisitions as well as transformative experience will be highly sought after.
- Deliver strategic complex enterprise initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, and costs are controlled.
- Maintain risks, issues, and change impacts to ensure these are properly analyzed and mitigated; project needs are effectively communicated, escalate when necessary, and resolved.
- Identify, communicate, and alleviate resource contention, as necessary.
- Manage creation, dissemination, and presentation on all necessary project-related communication, status reports, issues, and deliverables to management and key stakeholders.
- Implement regular cadence to track progress towards meeting strategic goals and initiatives. Ensure business benefits are realized within the terms of the business case justifying the project funding.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes with emphasis on quality, delivery, cost, and customer service. Ensure proper documentation is maintained for projects, and that project retrospectives are conducted to drive towards continuous improvement.
- Lead transformative projects that drive organizational growth and operational efficiency.
- Align cross-functional teams, optimizing resources and implementing innovative solutions that accelerate project timelines and elevate team performance.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Education:
- High School diploma or GED is required. A college degree is preferred. At this level, graduate coursework may be desirable.
- PMP, PgMP, Agile and/or Lean certification(s) a plus.
Experience:
- 8+ years of project management experience, with a proven delivery record of accomplishment. Success in leading technical cross-organizational initiatives.
- 8+ years managing vendors, project budget management and reporting. Background in process architecture and analysis, systematic problem solving, business analysis, and organizational change management is preferred.
- Experience with mergers & acquisitions is highly preferred.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Jira, and Excel.
- Experience applying agile methods, Lean principles, and practices (problem-solving, A3s, huddle boards, Kanban), and traditional project and program management to successfully deliver large complex bodies of work.
- Ability to lead and influence peer groups at the executive level.
- Expert in establishing strong relationships with leadership and fostering collaboration throughout the organization leveraging influence over authority. Collaborative working style with business unit stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Ability to adapt, apply flexibility, and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment. Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.
- Strong capability to work independently with guidance in only the most complex situations; acts as a trusted advisor recommending innovative solutions and direction for group/function.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
$107,250.00 - $182,000.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
