As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of various projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget. Responsibilities :
- Planning and Execution:
- Create and manage project plans including budget, timelines and resource allocations.
- Lead and manage cross functional teams to deliver projects, Ability to manage medium to large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Creating, organizing, and maintaining project documentation (Project Plans, RAID logs, etc.) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder management: Communication with project stakeholders, including executives, business/customers, and team members.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success. Manage the risk register at engagement level and report regularly.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide required coaching or mentor the team members, contributing to their professional growth and the overall success of the team.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a continuous improvement and innovation culture, gathering user feedback and insights to iterate on project features and enhance the overall user experience.
- Standardizing Processes & Reporting: Collaborate with project management peers for knowledge sharing, best practices, techniques, tools for project planning & execution to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Improve project governance processes adapting them to meet evolving organizational needs and industry standards.
Skills:
- Must have 10+ years of experience working as a Project manager
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of PMO activities, independently manage end to end PMO activities for a large project
- Advanced skills in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to tailor and integrate approaches for optimal project outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex projects or programs, navigating intricate stakeholder landscapes, and delivering significant organizational value.
- Advanced project portfolio management and resource optimization skills, ensuring strategic alignment and maximizing return on investment across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications:
Education: Engineer or equivalent
Preferred Certification(s): Agile Certification; PMP.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant and practical experience managing multiple medium to large-scale transformation projects. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Must have multiple functional knowledge for various IT/Business Functions.
