IT Project Manager (f/m/d)

As IT Project Manager (f/m/d) at EagleBurgmann, you will lead large-scale projects and carefully manage impactful change processes. You inspire global teams with your motivation to drive international SAP S/4 rollouts and shape the digital transformation of our End-to-End processes.

• End-to-End Project Leadership: You manage international large-scale initiatives, currently with a focus on global SAP S/4 rollouts.

• Project Governance: You ensure a structured planning and execution in line with the EagleBurgmann methodology – including accountability for resources, budgets, risks, and escalations.

• Scope Management: You define and control the project scope, including local business and legal requirements within global SAP S/4 rollouts.

• Change Management: You drive the organizational change and foster adoption through strong stakeholder engagement.

• Monitoring & Controlling: You apply robust controlling practices, ensure transparency, and continuously optimize PMO standards.

• Communication & Collaboration: You foster a clear, strategic communication and work closely with global teams.

• Degree in business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification.

• Profound project management experience with international scope and responsibility for resources, budgets, risks, and escalations.

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 processes across multiple domains and experience in manufacturing digitalization.

• Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI) would be a plus.

• Strong change management and communication skills, and the ability to inspire, motivate and coordinate international teams.

• Willingness to occasionally travel internationally, combined with excellent German (approx. C1) and English language skills round off your profile.
