Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee system migration from legacy platforms (e.g., SAP) to Ramco
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies
- Coordinate data migration, system integration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover activities
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and executive reporting
- Ensure effective management changes, user training, and adoption strategies
Key skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and third-party delivery teams
- Understanding of data migration, integrations, and testing methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet project deadlines
- Ability to lead meetings and steer teams towards big-picture, systematic solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
Qualification Standards:
- Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) preferred
- ITIL or similar service management knowledge is an advantage
Accountability:
This is a critical role driving a major transformation/implementation, ensuring successful deployment of Ramco ERP to support MRO and supply chain excellence within a defined 12-month timeframe.
