Job Description
Major accountabilities:
Lead internal and outsourced projects from initiation through transition to operations
Establish and manage project governance, risks, and issue resolution
Ensure optimal use of resources and project management tools and practices
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals
Support enterprise IT portfolio management and project standards implementation
Provide transparent reporting on project performance and documentation
Own and escalate project status, risks, and issues to governance bodies
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory policies within project scope
Collaborate across teams, domains, and strategic suppliers to drive delivery
Facilitate smooth release planning and transition to operational support
Essential Requirements:
University degree in informatics, computer science, business, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management and business exposure
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum training
Demonstrated success in managing budgets and driving change initiatives
Ability to analyze requirements and align resources effectively
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Desirable Requirements:
Experience in Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance domain
Familiarity with global IT delivery models and strategic supplier collaboration
